Article VI: Rules of Order

Sec. 1: Since Robert's Rules are not a recognized authority on parliamentary procedure in the jurisdiction where this Club is located, ____( dash )_______________ shall be deemed substituted for Robert's Rule in Article IX, Sec. 1, of the Club Constitution with respect to this Club.
