Explanation of role :

Mr. Toastmaster, fellow Toastmasters and welcome guests My job as the AH counter is to press this buzzer every time I hear the 'ah' sound or any filler words such as 'you know', 'okay', used by a speaker. If there is any posture violation such as hands in pockets, playing with a pen, or clasping hands in front, etc that will distract the audience from the speech, I will press this posture bell. The purpose of doing this is to simply make people aware when they are using distracting or unnecessary words or gestures. I will refrain from using the buzzer/bell on the prepared speeches, for whom I will just write down their usage. I will keep track of the Filler words & Posture violations throughout the meeting and at the end of the meeting, when requested by the general evaluator, I will give a report on the 'ah' and 'posture violation' count. Mr. Toastmaster.
