Speakers: The speakers are the centerpieces of the meeting. The speeches are based on project objectives from either the Basic Communication and Leadership Program (Basic Manual) or an Advanced Communication and Leadership Program (Advanced Manual). Speech times range from 5 to 7 minutes from the Basic Manual. Advanced Manual speeches vary in length however most of the speeches range from 8 to 12 minutes in length.
